Automatic hourly sync
Shared hosting cannot run anything in the background, so cPanel calls this address once an hour instead. Set it up once and forget it.
- cPanel → Cron Jobs
- Common Settings → Once Per Hour
- Paste one of these into the Command box:

For every 3 hours set Minute 0 and Hour */3, leaving Day, Month and Weekday as *.
